Subject: Been hunting and hunting for the new rules

But alas, they are really well hidden or just not posted, but please tell me what the new rules are with 1.3.6?

Refering to this line of the update....

New rules for player rated above 2000.

I'm above 2000 so what are the new rules?

Good question!!!

Also (possibly related?), I logged in a few minutes ago and there was a "dear Uniwarriors" note that I clicked thru before I realized it was there! Can anyone tell me what that said. They used to post copies of system messages here on the forums.

I haven't gotten the update yet, but I think there might not be any new maps. The main page says "more maps added to solo and vs." and I think they are not adding new maps, but allowing you to play more of the existing maps in vs and solo mode. I'm to lazy to check right now, but I'm pretty sure that not all of the maps were/are supported in these modes yet, and if you can't find any new maps, then it is probably the second option.

Ah ha! I bet you're right then! I never played solo or vs. modes, so I never would have noticed that. Bummers.

How about the "new rules for 2000+ rated players?" Know anything about that?

Since I am sure someone spent a good bit of time writing the new changes it would be nice if they would spend a couple of minutes telling us what they are.

Well, I just installed the new update on my iPhone.
So far I only see 2 changes:
- Bigger text fonts
- ability to set rating limits (upper and lower) when you set up a new game.

I tried setting up 4 random games and all 4 of them were gross miss-matches (my opponents were ranked much lower than me).

no sign of new maps, no indication of new rules, random games matching not any better, no balance fixes., heck - you still cannot even decline game invitations...
This update was sure worth waiting months for....

Okay, there are not that many messages on this forum so shocked that this post (or others on same subject) haven't been addressed yet. Is the game makers even checking the forums? Just curious if someone could just post, "We aren't going to tell you" or something so that something has been red.
