luis91, please provide your current ranking and how many month do you play uniwar and I'll repost this info at runiwar.ru (=register you).

Also please be aware that there would be rather strict time restrictions, like
1) 12 days for each tournament round
2) 12 hours per move
3) skip is allowed but not that straight-forward, for example, you will have to wait additional 10 hours before skipping for the first time. I'll explain it later when final rules will be available and if you don't change your mind to participate because of this.

We have just had our draw and everyone got his opponent.

First of all, some words about rules.

1) no one is eliminated after first game, everyone will have battles with at least two opponents (so please don't abandon tournament it case you lost the first one). Full playing system will be described a little bit later (probably by tarkus).

2) all games are unrated and have 12 hours turn limit

3) The battle with one opponent consists of 4 games and goes like this:
a) player with odd number (=p1) (in tournament table) choses map (one of SnowyTop, SnowyTopFull, SnowyTopShips, SnowyTopLong), choses races for him and for his opponent and sends invite to his opponent. Player with even number (=p2) accepts invite and sends mirrored game (like p1 was blue sap and p2 was red khral, then in mirrored game p2 will be blue sap and p1 will be red khral).

After that p2 does the same (map, races and sends invite), p1 accepts and sends mirrored one.
In result you will have 4 games against same opponent.

4) all games should be finished till December 29th 12:00 (Moscow time), or you risk to be disqualified.

5) all games of the first round should be started till December 16th 12:00 (but it is better to this earlier)

IMPORTANT: Skipping procedure
Vialating this skipping procedure will result in your disqualification from the tournament

If game allows you to skip your opponent (and you decide that you want to do this), then before doing this you should

a) write exclamation mark in the game chat

b) write some message about it on http://www.runiwar.ru/forum/86-643-1#32512 (you should register there, please tell me if you need help with registration process).

c)And wait 10 hours since that moment (time stamps in chat and on the forum will ensure this). You can skip your opponent after those 10 hours.

If your opponent didn't make a move in time for the second time, then you need to wait just 5 hours
After third missed move your opponent will be disqualified (which is better then disqualifying both because games are not finished in time)

If for some reason you know that you won't be able to make a move for some period of time and don't want to be skipped you can ask for delay (again in game chat and on the forum). You have one 24 hours pause and 2 pauses for 12 hours

how and where shall we post the game results?

And how do you choose the winner, when both people won two games. By turns needed to win?

You or your opponent (probably it is more pleasure for game winner to do it ) should post it either here or on runiwar.ru
Including number of rounds (that's why it is adviced not surrender and play till both bases are lost).

System is not that straight-forward. It is something like 2 rounds of Swiss system.

For winning each game you will get 1 point, for losing - 0 points. In case of 2-2 each of you will get two points and some additional statistics like number of rounds which took you to win/lose.
Then all participants (not only you and your opponent) will be sorted by points and in case of equal points by round difference. Then you will get next opponent based on your results, so if you won 4-0 you will get some strong player in the second round, if you lost 0-4 then you will get a weak one. Then statistics from two rounds will be accumulated and best 16 will proceed to the next round.
