Marine does no dmg to heli on Starvation?

Subject: Marine does no dmg to heli on Starvation?

So I'm playing sap v. Sap on starvation and I took a full HP marine to a 3 HP heli and did 0 dmg. Tried it again later with a diff heli and no dmg yet again.

I tested it on an offline versus game on Chato Hill, and sure enough full HP marine vs full hp Heli 1 dmg point was done. I'm not sure why it's happening, maybe I'm missing something. But it seems that a marine should clearly do at least 1 point of dmg to a heli regardless of circumstance as long as he is full HP.

Any thoughts??

Also, both in game and during the test I had marines on flat land receiving no attack bonus. I understand how the bonuses work. They were identical situations on different maps with different results

There is only about a 10% chance of doing 0 for attack 3 vs. defense 10. So bad luck.

Sounds like my risk games in a nut shell. I have the worst luck in that game, thankfully my luck here isn't too bad.
