Subject: Game is not terminating even though one team is eliminated

The game OCTALWAR81758 is failing to detect that red player has been eliminated and thus failing to terminate.

Could someone in the support team please have a look at it?

This is not just an issue on this map. Many team games take a few turns to recognize a victory. One thing I've noticed is that all Neutral bases also need to be captured before a victory will be declared.
