I have tried in many maps but unless the map is well spaced out in bases and provide 500 credits and up without naval units. It seems impossible to beat any other race when bases are tight. (Tried win in ranked and failed countlessly btw )

Titans are perhaps the most difficult to play correctly, but they beat sapiens on maps that are not small/sharp or otherwise favor sap due to early engineer pressure e.g. too many close-to-enemy-but-isolated bases. In the latest round of adjustments, battery and tank were improved to try to make sap more competitive with titans. However played correctly they already beat titans on a fair number of maps, maybe 40% or something (top players may argue about this).
There is a lot of content in the strategy section, look through there. As a rough beginner outline, speeders to start (and mechas on forest/mountain), play defensive, plasma to answer tank, eclipse to answer heli, walker to answer battery (and protect walker from marauders, which is tricky given double move – you have to think through what sap can do every turn and position your defenders correctly). Time is on Titan's side, so the most common beginner mistake is playing too aggressive early where sapien speed and gang-up (and EMP) can win the fight.

Yup, Titans are not built to play the aggressive attrition game... both of the other 2 Races will always win in that Department over the Titans.
I agree with Speeders being important in that situation, & in addition to this, if the Saps get Tanks up & ya can't get Plasmas up to counter, puke on Ads for Guardians & use them to counter the Tanks instead... don't try to push forward too fast or too hard or ya will not be able to sustain the attack cause the Enemy can out-Attrition you & counter push ya away.
Also, don't underestimate the usefulness of Assimilators & their Repair Bonus benefits to your Front Line... with Assimilators backing up the Tanking Units, sometimes ya can sit there & repair the Damage hard enough to sustain through the Enemy's attacks while the Attackers are weakening under the Counter Attack, then ya can look for a chance to decisively strike back & break them down then come out ahead in Units. After ya do this, resist the urge to push forward an Attack Wave ya can't sustain the strength of & risk getting it picked off & giving the enemy a chance to re-stabilize... instead build that Wall until it can creep forward like a Mighty Glacier & crush the foe in front of it.
Also don't underestimate the usefulness of the Assimilator UV Attack.

consider playing with speeders and mechas as long as possible without buying another unit. they are the core of titan strategy, so thatll get you used to relying on them. they can take out helicopters just fine. watch some tourney finals where titans are used.
titans boast the best stats and least flexibility. that means your gamestyle should be to dominate and run the game as the agressor if possible. if it is a fair 1:1 fight you will always win.
