Anyone have a walkthrough/strategy/help for mission 12? It seems to be kicking my butt.

mm... hard to go beyond general advice on this one; just run to the corner bases as fast as you can. Then don't let him take any bases there and you will "automatically" gain control. Don't focus on the naval bases, just keep on producing Leviathans on your home base. Only attack his destroyers if you have two Leviathans or enough Wyrm/Garuda help to finish it.
