A new terrain idea: Railways

A terrain that regenates a unit's missing health that stands there per turn and doubles a tanky unit's speed, but is bound on that railway upon spawning if it goes to a railway, to be unbound by it, you must go to a base and go to another terrain to do so. It is an optional terrain feature between bases. to make it work, you must capture the bases that the railway connects with. it doesn't work if one of the base isn't captured, but it still works if you have an ally in a team match. It would work like this:

Legend:
[ ]: Neutral Base
==: Railway
[Sp]: Captured Base

The railway is activated:
[Sp]==========[Sp]
[Sp1]=========[Tn1]

The railway does not work:
[Sp]=====x=====[ ]
[Sp]=====x=====[Kh]
[Sp1]=====x=====[Tn2]

There can be a working combat train that can support units in combat and can still traverse on unconnected railway, but it's slower to traverse if it travels backwards of its trail. It might complicate designs and probably the gameplay concept if put in, it your call guys.

I probably should have told you guys but I made one a few days ago. After I finish formations, I'll give a better unit description. Anyways, I thought that a train would work well for two reasons

1-patterns and railways fit awesomely

2- my trains were going to have a pattern ability to let land units walk on the sea. My aquatic ship had a pushing ability. So, you'd make a hexagon pattern in the middle of the sea, creating a (black hole?), and then you'd use the airship to push ships into the black holes

it's doesn't really mutate per se, it's basically a plain tile, only with tracks
