I move underling (top left) into forest and am asked to attack, but what am attacking is invisible. Only way to find out is to attack or end turn. But I might not want to attack if enemy is too strong.

Is this on purpose? I can see argument for yes, an ambush for example.

The reason for this is because your unit doesn't have enough visibility to see that far from where it is beforehand to see what unit is there. But you could attack it and find out. You only will find out what unit is there beforehand by moving a unit one hexagon closer or moving it to a hex next to the unit.

I've seen this before, where you are wondering what unit is over at that spot, that you don't know if you should attack it or not.

I personally think this is a bug.

The fog will be pushed back to your visual range when the unit's turn ends, but I think the fog should be pushed back after a unit moves, either to reveal all tiles surrounding the unit, or to the unit's attack range.

I'm inclined to agree with Wookie, it's a bug. I can deal with it easy enough as I have infinite undo, but I prefer to only use that when I'm playing someone else who has it too.

Thanks for the feedback.
