Reason for down voting: If player 1 is Khral, player 2 is T or S, then P2 can't cap the same bases as P1.
If P1 is T and P2 is S they can teleport to cap bases not capped by S very early on.
Change recommendations (if you have any): make more starting bases for both sides or move infantry units to on top of bases. Or down vote altogether.
I've played this map a few times in TVS where P2 is S. Each time S had a huuuuuuge disadvantage.
