Scaling up unit stats

I thought of a proposal of scaling up unit stats for both attack & defense capabilities, this way, this would break problems like:

Swarmer spamming vs Garuda

Issues regarding Eclipse's vs aerial & vs ground heavy attacks.

Aquatic unit balancing

Marauder's stats

Plasma Tank's stats

and more

it might take more time balancing units, but this is what I come up with

Not sure I understand what you're suggesting or what problem you are trying to solve.

Marauders were nerfed slightly in the last year because they were too strong. I think any changes to the races must be very small and incremental otherwise you are throwing away all the balancing that has been done up till now.

Surely you mean buffing Plasma's stats? Pinzer is way superior for less credits.

It's more on balancing than buffing.

I was thinking that putting more numbers on all of the units' stats by 25% or something could prevent decimal number problems while there could be more space for balancing factors, hence scaling up, but it won't affect a lot imo (probably except for luck based calculations)

If you're scaling attack and defence by the same ratio, does it actually change anything?

Mathematically yes, because the base number being scaled by 25% is different across the board.
I don't know if it would do anything significant though.
