Subject: Creating Team - Error same device

Hi,

2 weeks ago when ios-user couldnt log in my mate used my phone (android) to make his turns.
today i wanted to create a team and got the message that i cant create a team with 2 accounts using the same device.

When will i be able to create a team with him or will we never have the possibility again?

You will have the option again. I don't know the answer on how long accounts become linked though... I'm sure someone will come along who does.

For a while I think it was 15 days, but I think it might be 30 days now.

I don't believe there's anyway for the moderators to manually unlink accounts prior to that... but I don't really know

So good news: soon ish you'll be able to make the team either way

PhilipTheTank, you can ask a moderator like Simsverd to unlink your accounts.
