Ey guys, this is one of my initial ideas that I thought and I like to share it to you guys:

Initial Name: Destiny Front

There are 4 factions available in Destiny Front

Fatherland: Powerhouse faction, land of powerful men. Mainly has Germanic theme alongside with some Russian and American themes.

Encantadia:
Subversive faction, land of majestic women. Has mixed themes, but mainly Far Eastern.

Liberation Front:
Cannon faction, land of enslaved androgynous males. Is quite a mixed bag of democratic-republican countries.

Valkyria:
Balanced faction, land of strong females. Mainly lived on Greco-Norse mythology themes.

Faction advantages:

Fatherland > Valkyria:
Fatherland's sturdy forces are too strong for Valkyria's versatile and numerical, but weaker forces

Encantadia > Liberation Front:
Encan numerical forces overwhelm Liberation Front's lethal, but less numerical firepower

Liberation Front > Fatherland:
Liberal firepower with numerical advantage negate Fatherland's powerful, but fewer forces

Valkyria > Encantadia:
Valkyrian versatility and stronger forces outclass more numerous, but weaker Encan forces

Faction Equality:

Fatherland = Encantadia:
Fatherland's strong, but fewer forces can go toe to toe vs numerical, but weaker Encan forces, basically a slug fest

Liberation Front = Valkyria:
Both sides have equal numbers, so it's about Liberal firepower against Valkyrian versatility, basically who shoots first wins

To help offset factual advantage, support infantry is encouraged to help supress it:

Engineer > Liberation Front:
He supports through defensive and maneuvering measures, countering the Liberal offensive power

Abilities: Defenses, Smokescreen

Cleric > Valkyria:
She quickly heals damaged units while weakening Valkyrian forces through a plague-like ability

Abilities: x3 heal, Curse

Combat Medic > Encantadia:
He is the only support to actually be able to attack while thinning Encan forces through traps

Abilities: Attack, Traps

Pioniere > Fatherland:
She helps disable Fatherland's armor through EMP and give offense boosts to units

Abilities: EMP, Enhance

Yes, some of the features are inspired by this game (staring at emp, curse, and the repair multipliers) . Instead of 10 Hp cap, it is set to 100 Hp cap, like Advance Wars and self repairs are set at 10% - 30%, depending on the future units implemented. Hope you guys like the idea

My note regarding to Liberation Front's theming:
My best candidates of this faction are a mix of American, British, Japanese and Filipino themes, my best bet

Anyone else having different opinions?

And also mentioning, I have ideas on what their symbols, they'll be heraldic:

Fatherland: Dragon
Encantadia: Firefly
Liberation Front: Phoenix
Valkyria: Unicorn
