Subject: Hide End Turn

For those who get to press the end button by utter mistake too often, why not have the option to hide it until you have moved all of your units or have some kind of a limit to it

Given the end turn marker is at the top right out the way, and that it has a confirmation dialog, is this really necessary? Perhaps you need some patience
