I'm trying to coordinate with the person I'm fighting against, but we just now exchanged words for the first time. How strict is the 48 hour requirement for posting confirmed game starts? (I'm still trying to make sure I'm understanding the rules for setting these up correctly.)

I am not sure how strict it is, we should wait for Talone to answer this question, but it isn't your problem. Just invite your opponent to the game where you choose races for both sides. You have written here that he is the one taking too long to respond, so if you don't start your games in time it is going to be his problem, not yours, since you have sent your invite in time and it was his fault that he didn't accept it.
But of course try to start all the games in 48 hours, it will be much easier for all of us this way=)

I have started my 2 mirror games vs KyleQ

My two mirror is

Blue Sap (Unikz) vs Red Khra (KyleQ)

I think my bro KyleQ has query about mirror games?
