Aquatics on dry land:

+ Camouflage is your friend
+ Launchers and Desintegrators are better than you actually think

And as for Apercent, Aquatic are great at 2 things, brawling and assassinating. Camouflage is basically bury and all units with camouflage deal +3 more attack and that's deadly regarding to Launchers and Desintegraters, which both won't receive damage from melee units. Despite of their tunnel vision, you'll surprise them.

ok, I made ground units weaker and blinder because they're gonna make extensive use Camouflage (bury) and get +3 on attacking when emerged, tho aquatic units are untouched, because U-Shark will spam submerge, but it's defenseless against everything else and can be dept charged and Battle Whale is very powerful, but it's the most expensive unit in the game, presumably they get in.

The thing is, these units will always be stronger on water than land, so there is always going to be a lot of maps where they are at am advantage or disadvantage.

Solution; make water and land not have advantages over each other for this race.
