Player lahav made a map "LMLH rivers 1". He is creating a game and he is always the first player (blue). But if you look at the whole map, at the bottom, blue player have one hidden engineer that generates more resources for blue. When you start the game, you don't see him because he is in the fog of war. So he is obviously cheating.

Don't sweat it. This map is still in development. It could not be played as ranked so it wont affect your rating. I don't even think the kill all enemy units game mode can be in ranked. The extra resources are irrelevant as blue could not be beaten because of the game mode and that engineer is out of range.
