Subject: online games error

for some reason i can't access my online games and it comes up with an error.how do i stop this error so i can play my online games again?

You need to provide more details than that. Do you have good internet connection? Did you turn off the app and restart it? What is the error? Does anything else work (ie does general chat load?)

It shows everything like normal except that the online games are not shown and the archived games are missing and it says a general error occurred. Yes I do have good internet connection. Chat does work and I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling now.

I'm having the same issue. Tried reloading and reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone. Doesn't seem to help.

I can’t log in on both Android and iOS. It comes up with error general system error.

Well, I suppose if its affecting everyone, that isn't so bad. Won't be skipped and kicked from all my active games.

I believe I'm in a position to win my first tournament round ever, so timing is pretty inconvenient for me.

Same here.

Power cycled, un/reinstalled, power cycled... Still get "General System Error" on login attempt then sent back to title screen to select login method.

Fails over 4G and wi-fi.

Looks like they had a server issue, and are up and running now. A quick response was appreciated.

Though my tournament opponent did not seem to respect that and skipped my turn...
