For multiplayer games, how about more maps that aren't huge symmetrical mirror images. USA is the only one I can think of and it's fine. The various players will balance out against each other to make up for any imbalances and the terrain makes it interesting. Going back to the heyday of hex based wargamming (pre computer!) the maps were never symmetrical and it provided loads of fun and variety.

I would like to see unsymmetrical maps too.

It'd be nicer still to be able to make our own maps ... which could be rated for balance (out of five stars?) by other players...

How about a 5-player map of Europe?
Odd number of players will probably help keep it from deteriorating into team play.

@kralux if you're listening here ... the USA game we're in now is a perfect example of what I'm talking about. It definitely adds a lot of spice to the game. What do you think?
