Subject: Peace offering not requested

In two games all in a sudden the enemy accepted peace, but I never offer peace !
Is it a way to cheat ? Can someone prompt me to offer peace even if I do not want to? It seems there is a bug. In both games the enemy was losing.

That is not right. The default is to reject peace. If you have the game ids still in your history (archive them note) or saved then pashaka can restart them i think.
