My Uniwar Pro account renewed last week. Credit cards was charged. Now I can't access any of the Uniwar Pro features in game. It's acting like I don't have the subscription. It keeps asking me to sign up again for Uniwar Pro when I try to use the wormhole. When I try to sign up again, it says I can't because I'm already signed up. Who can fix this??

Old Thread, but I have the identical problem right now. Account was auto renewed on Jan 12/2024. Since then I have no pro features.
Email to contact: support@uniwar.com bounces back as unreachable.
Main help says contact dev's by chatting with Xavi. I don't normally mess with the chat, and it isn't obvious how to do that. (to me).

I have the same problem. Credit card was charged (29.99 €) at 8th january from the GOOGLE PLAY APP but I lost the Pro status. I "paid" UNI-coins the get the 90 day Pro. So what about my money? I think you have to give it back. Please transfer it back or contact me.
