Wouldn't it be far easier and faster to select maps if the map selection screen showed several thumbnails of the maps, with their names underneath? Right now, scrolling all the way to the maps in the middle of the list takes far too long and it's just not practical. Not to mention all the accidental selections.
Who's with me?

I agree, a better way to chose maps would be a major improvement. Don't know if a screen full of thumbnails would be the best choice though. I'd like to see a scrollable list.

Good input guys... We'll take a look at how to improve this for future updates...

I'd suggest putting tabs at the top of the screen selection page that let's you select the size of the map ie. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. It might also be helpful to add a scrollbar for the selection screen that let's you scroll through maps in each category.

So devs, are you guys looking into this at all right now, or is it something that we'll have to wait longer for? The current map selection mode is terrible. Most people don't have the patience to scroll to the later maps so 90% of the games happen in the first 10 or so maps

We have made note of this for sure. This is something that we would like to change and improve and it will come.
Our main priority now is to port this game to hundreds of handsets to expand our community and have all our friends, regardless of their handsets, able to play this game with us.

Kralux, is there no interest at all in making a cross-platform web version of UniWar?
