Friends!
At the tournament there will be many participants from different countries. Therefore, we introduce a new paragraph rules:

"No quarrels, no dismantlings, just a friendly attitude. All complaints to the administration decided in private correspondence with the administration. Any showdown and quarrels between the any players entail withdrawal from the tournament and disqualification for all future tournaments. Be polite and friendly!"
