lol now every race on this forum has one of these threads...
"choose the strongest unit"

I'm choosing marines for their cheapness and their strength on the right terrain...
A marine on mountains can put the hurt on aerial and some ground heavy units...i.e. eclipses, marauders, speeders, those type of somewhat "weaker" ground heavy units.

Damn, you said most powerful, and then I say most "useful", totally different.
For it's sheer power I picked the battery, but for the usefulness I would have chosen the marine of course, or the marauder...

Marauders. They are the only single unit in game that can attack and heal in the same round, while also the only unit that can kill a full health base-capturing unit in 1 round. Great for rushing and base defending early game.

Impaler: I think it's cool seeing a conversation continued, even if it's an old conversation. I think that's better than having a new thread; I like having the context of seeing the previous discussion all in one place.
I'm curious; what's your objection to continuing old threads?

I doubt keymaster2 is that caring for the context . But I agree, with so quiet forum it's ok for some activity.

The main problem is the game goes through many updates. Its mostly for if new players are joining and reading the forum to learn (like i did) they can get massively confused by reading outdated content. if it is the most recent post mixed in with actual recent posts, no one will be checking the posting date. and even if they did, they will probably be looking at the most recent comment date (like i do). These topics may still be relevant but the content within them is not. Starting new threads with the same topics would be better than replying to 5+ year old threads.

Also, he is a new joined player with no experience, but he is giving opinions on every topic... leading to even more misinformation. But that would be rude to focus on so i did not mention it... He Joined a month ago and posted 51 messages already. Seems a little overkill.

Tank's my vote here, it's the strongest sapien unit imo, I mean it'll dominate 2 marauders with ease at 100 credits less, too bad it's so slow to make progress, but its def:credit ratio makes up for it, really. All it needs to be present, that's it, it can be used both physically & psychologically.

Never surrender when you still have the chance.
