On Kwai River, I was moving my Garuda across the river. It was already over the water and I was about to attack. When I clicked on the unit to see the available movement, it was able to move more hexes vertically than it was laterally. According to the info about mobility, there are no adjustments for terrain so I don't understand the resulting mobility. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
