Just an update: I went ahead and skipped my opponent this time he let our games lapse into quadruple 00:00's. They say it's insanity to do the same thing over and over expecting a different result so this time I finally skipped him. Get busy living or get busy dying.

I am trying to finish the games, but as I have said: my opponent literally takes 11 hours between turns.
He even logs in before the 11 hour window and doesn't take his turn. I will check his last online when there is about 2 hours on the clock, and rarely is it longer than a couple of hours. Thus, if he spaces his turns out such as he has I cannot defeat him in a timely fashion. It is very frustrating. I will take screenshots here out. Right now he is down to about 7 hours. I am sure I will see my turn pop up in six hours.

Is the end date still April 9th? Can I get some further clarification of the 'expert assessment' that will be applied in the case no games finish? My opponent takes an average of 11 hours between turns which is quite frustrating and leaves me with approximately 5 turns left before the deadline at the rate he plays. I have a somewhat significant credit advantage in 2 and the other 2 are fairly even. I assume that has something to do with it.
Any additional information is appreciated and I am going on the record saying that next time he lets the clock lapse I will be skipping due to time constraints.

elroyomj iii vs Malev will be underway shortly. There was some confusion relating to mirror system. I did not choose race for Malev which I can only assume is why he did not accept invitation for over a day. I have since sent the correct invite and it appears that the first mirror matchup will be:

I await his invite and then will create mirror game. This should occur next time he logs on (he is at 10 hours away so it should be soon). Sorry for the delay. Should have all four up and going by end of day.

Well I have played uniwar since the dawn of time and it has cost me hours of my life and almost a marriage.
