Uniwar HD 2011 Sponsored Tournament!
Welcome Uniwarriors to the upcoming Uniwar HD Tournament, this tournament will test your abilities and your All are welcome to tryout. However only 16 contestants will be allowed to participate.
When is the Tournament exactly?
A date will be established once 3/4th's of the roster (12/16) is filled, However this is subject to change and if contestants fail to show then a smaller roster will be established.
What's in it for me?
No tournament is complete without prizes, and there's no better way to celebrate a Uniwar HD Tournament then getting a new bada** Uniwar HD T-Shirt and a $5.00 iTunes giftcard to get Uniwar HD completely free day of Launch. (Sorry Android users you already get Uniwar HD if you already have original :l you will still acquire the $5.00 giftcard) Then there's bragging rights, our champion will also get their names tacked up and be titled as the Uniwar HD 2011 Champion!
Sounds good, but how do I qualify?
It's quite simple actually, you must play me in a 1v1 Uniwar match. I will not be participating in the tournament for a plethora of reasons. Since I'm recruiting people, hosting, and managing rosters I will not be playing. Send an Unranked game saying "Uniwar HD 2011" to Ludwig I look forward to you guys testing your might!
What are the rules and regulations?
Me and Developer Xavi are currently going over the current rules and regs. They will be established in this spot of the forum as soon as we've had time to established a balanced and polished system. The Tournament however will be a Ladder 1 vs 1

Welcome,
I am starting a team of four people, I currently have 2 people and need One more. This person must be on frequently and willing to build the team unto it's highest possible potential. However, I am also building a roster for the first tournament!
What's the Point?
My objective is to start with a group of four players and from
there build up the Uniwar community. Until then we will build up the team, start a webpage, organize prize tournaments (which will be announced in Uniwar chat room and on the tournament section in the forum), and mostly get more active users
Why Tournaments?
Tournaments are great ways to have the best players get together and put their skills to the test. Not only that but it will be a solid way to get a group of good active players together. Tournaments will have entry requirements, such as minimum rank (which can be overturned by proving skill usually in the form of a best of 3 matches). These prerequisites are not inteneded to limit people, but to filter out the weaker players. These Tournys will be posted in the tournament section an will also have prizes. Winners of each round will be recorded in the tournament forum and the winner will get a title and forever recorded in the Tournament hall of fame.
