It does not solve the problem, in my opinion. Undo should not reveal units at all, they either has to be revealed anyway like you are offering with siluette or fow should not be updated after move

my best teleport usage was when khral made a infector to heal a pinzer that was 2 hex away and pinzer had 2 hp left. infector had only 1 hex where he could come closer to heal the pinzer for +6 hp. i teleportwd on that hex and khral wasnt able to heal his pinzer and lost it and an infector( that become useless at this point) few turns later. spent 100, gain 750.
another important option is undo-scouting. several mech is a must have for titan to have constantly open map.
abother option is the best underling scouting technique. again, using the undo, you can scout the whole map for the trails of underlings. then, when you know where the underlings are, you can cover them by teleporting on top of them. its very annoying for khral.
teleporting to surround a base isnt effective as for me. but what is effective is teleporting on a hill behind a enemy units in a massive squad (5 units+) and attack him simolultaneously with a rush with no artilery. plasmas and speders only (and mech teleporting)

we played another mirror match with evr1022
he won one of them, and i won another.
we played map abrasive, TvK and KvT
both of us win as a T
it takes me 2 turns longer to win (he won in 23 turns, i won in 25 turns)

my score is 2125
i was not using the undo, he was using it
i won 1 match where i was S and he was K
He won 1 match, where he was S and I was K
when i was sap i made a simple but effective marine+helicopter rush, mainly marines.
he made some garudas, but they was not effective against marines.
when i was khral i was not able to scout the territory and i missed his attack.
he went to a pure helicopter rush. i didnt expect it, and build a pinzer, to counter marines.
eventually he killed my garudas because i spent too much credits on uits thst was useless against copters.
