Not sure what happens if I shutdown a mecha with EMP as he is in the process of a capture. Will it prevent the capture or can it complete it despite being shutdown?
Playing in team game, the opponents have teleported reprogrammed mecha near my bases. Can an engineer reprogram again? Or do I need to just destroy them?
