So as the title suggests some maps I found and favorited have this message displaying when you first start to play and it goes on to list all the modified unit stats.
So i wan wondering how exactly to do this? I noticed most of these players are 2000 rated players which is big sadge if us filthy casuals cant also create maps like this ;( if there is a way can someone please let me know? Thanks. And yes i already asked this same question in user generated maps
