Subject: Naval War problem

So I have set up several custom matches on the Naval war map and I choose "Rated" every time and the match still becomes an unrated game. I do not alter any other aspects for the match. This is a bit frustrating to me because I have whooped on everyone I have played on that map so far and I would really like it if a game I want to be rated was actually rated.

The map is unbalanced so it has been removed from rated games.

Is there a way to tell which maps can not be used for rated games? It's pretty annoying to set a game up just to see that it changes to Unrated.
