Yesterday the game was working fine today I cannot end my turn as error says "cannot end turn, please validate email address."
I have gone to my account and it says email not validated but when I ask for confirmation email none arrives.
I have not updated or made any changes since I went to bed yet this morning I cannot play.
Can u PLEASE help

Hi Draka, I think you’ve done most of this but here's what to do step by step... I suspect the e-mail might be in your junk/spam box.
1. Go into HQ and select my profile
2. Check the e-mail address is a regular account you use
3. Select send validation email
4. Go into your email now, an email should be waiting for you
5. If it is not there, check your span folders/ junk email
6. Follow the instructions on the ‘last’ mail you received from the uniwar team; i.e. Visit the following link to confirm your email
Hopefully it will now allow you to now proceed with your battles

No there is something wrong. I am having same issue and have followed the steps you suggest over and over. And no the email is not stuck in a spam folder. I even changed my email addy hoping the be able to play again. From what i see the server wont sendbthe validation email. Hope this gets fixed shortly

I'm having this same problem. no e-mail is sent no matter what I do. The e-mail I use is in my profile.

Many thanks Gracier for reply, but sadly to no avail I have waited until now to reply in the hope that a confirmation email would arrive but neither my inbox or junk folders has received anything from uniwar in the last 10 hours.
I had noticed that my email address had been altered somehow but this was corrected shortly after your reply, yet still no response in 10 hours.
Is thier a way to contact the uniwar team directly ?
Any other possible solutions gladly welcome

I am also having the same issue!
I'm getting skipped and am losing My hard earned standings!
Please fix the issue with the e mail validation! Or remove it!

sorry for not quoting eralier but is it because of patch cuz in the HQ theres is 4 options: the terms of use ,my profile, my friends and my account and none of those have the option to send a validation e-mail .
