I noticed a while ago that player made maps used to show the name of the author in the War Report screen, but now they all show "|" as the author name.
On a related note, I'd like to have an option to search for maps by author name. I've made enough maps that I'm starting to have trouble remembering them all, haha.

It is known and probably fixed soon.
...and you can always sort by score.. and then scroll down to yours...
but i agree.. it should be possible to search by autor (name)

You cant search by Author Name?
I can and just did. I type Regard only (short for Regard87) and I'm able to search by 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 person maps, Ranked and Unranked. That way I see which maps have become ranked, which ones I need to continue inviting people to, etc.

Yeah I know it should, I wasnt talking about that. You two said it would be nice to be able to search by name of Map Creator. I'm saying that you CAN do that now.

you can sims, i told you many times... search for j.c., you will see only my maps

But it should be better if you can search by map author without having to add your name in the map's name.
I know this trick but I don't want to add more letters in my map's name to make people confuse about the map's concept.

You don't understand. You can. Simply search for your name, they will show up even if you didn't add your name to map's name.
