Speaking with Mentalist, he threw out some ideas for the GameCast portion of my YouTube videos. (The part where I show a game of Uniwar and do a very poor play by play).

His idea was I could do a "road to" series where I cast our team games on our road to the top 10, and talk about moves we made any WHY we made them. Or I could do my own games and in addition to play by play I could again give my reasoning behind moves.

So, this seems good because I know I can do it. And hopefully, someone somewhere will get something out of it

However, I wondered if maybe another idea was out there. So if you've got an idea. Let me know.

(I had been thinking I could cast monthly championship matches as well. So if you guys would prefer that or something else, that's fine too!)

I personally get the most out of high level players playing 1 vs 1. Helps me become a better player.

I'd like to see asymmetrical map battles

Me too

So would you prefer random ones, championship finals, or my own games? :p

We play 1v1 match live (preferably mirror it) and we discuss real-time what we are thinking as we play through each turn. Would be happy to be part of it. Would love to hear someone like gout, legia, or azorious play real-time.

I am out as far as the live arena goes. I just can't commit to time slots at this point in my life :p

I could maybe ask the players whose replay I'm casting for some insight on specific moves

I think you should do a series of some sort in which you go to the beginning players with around lets say ~1600 points and review their games and help critique their playing style. This would help the lower rank players become more invested in the community as they feel like they are an active part of it. There are so many players that rarely chat or do anything of that sort would probably encourage them to become more engrossed in the community. I know this may be kind of hard to pull off but I would love to see it happen.

I would prefer random matches. (Not that your own matches are no good) but I prefer hearing your thoughts on what you think others are thinking, when they make their moves. But high level players 2400+ would be very helpful. Ranked matches rather than tourneys
