Leading a kingdom is hard work, of course. There could be a plague, or a wizard, or a dragon. Heck, one time I saw a frog eat an entire village. Mi lord, I hope you are ready to lead.
Taking an army onto a battlefield is but one part of what you must manage. As a Lord, you'll have to make decisions on the health and well being of your people, as well as the economy of your state. You'll be faced with grueling decisions and you may not always know the outcome.
But why am I telling you? As a lord, you know this already. Now, leave your insignia and family crest below.

Welcome to an ongoing role playing campaign. Thank you to Angkor for the inspiration - and one of the maps we will pllay on.
The game will follow an Earth 2025/utopia type format. Each "turn" you'll produce goods or earn income to help build your army. You'll be able to customize how you want your Realm to operate, and custom build your army.
You'll be able to wield magic and faith against your enemies, as well as the all powerful coin.
How to play:
"Turns" will last varying amounts, but each one will be at least one week long. Each turn may be different. Some turns will have Uniwar maps you deploy your troops to. Some will have story type questions that will impact your Realm. Others may be less or more eventful.... depending on the players actions against one another. There will be an ongoing dialogue to determine what actions will be taken.
In the end, to determine the winner, it will come down to:
1. Who has accumulated the most victories
2. Results of certain story events, or results of certain magic effects / miracles / divine intervention.
3. who has the biggest and best army
4. Who has the most lands and population
But, more on that much, much later... for now...

-Create a profile (see below - and if you're wondering how these decisions will affect your Realm, click on the google spreadsheet link on the second post in this thread!)
- Post a flag image (please keep the dimensions small - 320x240 so it doesn't distort the forum.. it may be pre made or custom made. Just keep the image small :p and clean!) --- feel free to send me the link to a higher resolution image for use in the videos which will accompany the game

Housing:
Affects max population and population growth. Indirectly affects soldiers per turn. Increases % deployment of your troops to battle.
Population: affects gold and faith produced. Consumes food.
Land: build buildings on it. Having more land increases your magic production, your gold and food production, and is generally just a good thing.
Farms: produces food at a base rate multiplied by a random factor each turn. The random factor is the same for each player, and hidden until the turn concludes. There is no guarantee of the overall random factor being positive, negative, or neutral. It can go any way.
Libraries: produce magic. Decrease Research time. Increase population growth. Increases summoning amount, number of units, and Deployment distance.
Temples: produces faith. Also produces some magic. Increases population growth, and indirectly increases soldiers per turn. Increases land gained per turn.
Barracks: increases max soldiers. Increases soldiers per turn. Increases Deployment % and deployment distance.
Markets: increases gold per turn. Increases mercenary gold and units. Increases land per turn. Decreases cost of upgrading castle.
