Do 2 players share the isolated islands, or is it 1 player per island? I love the map, but wouldn't the game never end unless there are Titans in the game because a player could just "turtle" in an island and nobody could take their bases?
Maybe you could add one piece of land to connect the island to the mainland.

Two players would share the island from the start, each player has half of two islands. And if I connect the islands there would be no canals and kralux would be sad D=

This makes for a good suggestion: A water unit that transports another unit. That would make things REALLY interesting. It would put a new twist on the topography of many maps because you could have islands.
