I read the others. This seems to be a sniper race. Idk how I feel about the tank, it sounds a lot like a hovertank.

Yes, consume is OP if it can kill all units.

But every game in this unit is a soldier, right?

Or are you referring to infantry? Or allies?

also, this race isn't a sniper race per se, It's like you're distributing arty range to all units, except for some. Why I say it's a tracer race because if a unit kills an enemy, it gets all of its abilities (except for rival Hiilangi players) and gets stronger overtime it kills more. Let's say a Sakura Flyer gets to kill a Helicopter or a Speeder. It gets the Move After Attack ability, or if it kills a Battery, it gains its increased range.

Ok, here's a list of aquireable abilities upon killing:

Current Major Abilities:

Special Force (depends on the unit)
Move After Attack
Bury
Teleport
+2 Heal
2 Actions/Turn
Increased Range (depends on the arty unit)
Flight (can be aquired from aerial units)

Current Minor Abilities (if units already have said abilities above):

Increased Mobility (depends on speed)
Increased Vision (depends on distance)
Increased Gangup Bonus (+1 per kill, if killed the same units over and over again)
Decrease Cooldown (same as gangup)

Consume can only aquire the 1st 5 of them. It won't go any higher if it reaches to its maximum.

I'll put other abilities on other races next time

Firstly, the runner seems too weak. Secondly, the tank seems too hovertank. Thirdly, the spawner sounds awesome . The dragon sounds fine, I guess, although I'd lower the defense personally.

you are offering 100% bonus. its insane
try to keep it simple, and not warcraft3-ish =) i dont like that hero building idea.

you may add it just as a simplified veterancy (1vet rating = +1gangup, in practice)
for example make it that unit gains veterancy 2 time faster than it should be.

in short - its imba. make it weaker


that's why I said swoop your valuable units out of range before they kill them and the meta with a Hiilangi encounter is to value your units. They don't any arty, they're pretty expensive to field (except for Runners), and they can be hard to play. They all don't have abilities to start with (except for Mangrove Arc), they all have +1 Repair rate (except for Nihongo Dragon) and Cosumer needs to eat infantry (1 infantry eaten = 1 energy) and addtional units to summon support units. Additionally, Consume doesn't work on counterattacks (enemy units who went suicide kill themselves). I don't think there would be an imba for Hiilangi

they all already have 1-2 range (1-3 for ships) and support units summoned by Consumers don't have Consume

forgot to mention, unit conversions and repair multipliers are unaquirable, so any Hiilangi unit won't convert on their own anytime.

also, only Nihongo Dragon can move out of the 3 summon units.

for the Mangorve Arc, let's assume that its roots can grow very long and is strong enough to reach the very bottom. It's like biological anchor.

*sigh* I think I should make a unit idea tester app (or some other kind of format) for Uniwar for testing race ideas (tho I need programing skills). imo, you guys complain so much. I don't make a lot of complaints, probably just on underpowered units.
