1) turn time limit will be implemented.
2) probably not because it would not be fair Vs players playing random races.
3) maybe we are considering allowing the user to block/refuse a few maps.

A built-in level editor is coming early next year. It is not possible to create map at this time except using a separate tool on PC.

We will remove unbalanced map for rated games in the next release. Feel free to submit a list of maps that you think are unbalanced.
